Donny McCallum serves as Chief Executive Officer of Smartpipe Technologies, bringing nearly two decades of energy industry experience spanning corporate development, strategic planning, finance, and midstream infrastructure.
Prior to Smartpipe, Donny held leadership roles with Enbridge, Southwestern Energy, Blue Mountain Midstream, and Duff & Phelps. His experience includes strategic planning and economic evaluation for Enbridge’s North American natural gas business, financial planning and analysis for Southwestern Energy’s midstream operations, and serving as Treasurer and Director of Finance for Blue Mountain Midstream.
Donny first became involved with Smartpipe while at Enbridge, where he evaluated the technology from an operator’s perspective. Today, he leads Smartpipe’s strategy and commercialization, focused on expanding adoption of the company’s pipeline technology to help operators address integrity challenges, aging infrastructure, and complex pipeline replacement applications.

Chris Ditzel serves as Chief Operating Officer of Smartpipe Technologies, bringing 44 years of industry experience across operational and commercial leadership within the midstream pipeline industry.
Prior to Smartpipe, Chris held leadership roles with Blue Mountain Midstream, Enable Midstream Partners, Centerpoint Energy and Spectra Energy. His experience includes operational optimization, project execution, organizational development, and translating complex technical challenges into practical business solutions. His combination of engineering expertise and commercial perspective provides a strong foundation for leading the execution and deployment of Smartpipe’s pipeline technology.
As COO, Chris oversees the operational capabilities required to deliver Smartpipe projects safely and effectively, with a focus on manufacturing, project execution, continuous improvement, and supporting operators through complex pipeline rehabilitation and replacement applications.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.

Robin McIntosh serves as Vice President of Operations at Smartpipe Technologies, bringing decades of pipeline industry experience spanning operations, business development, project execution, and the commercialization of advanced pipeline technologies.
Throughout his tenure with Smartpipe, Robin has played an integral role in bringing the technology from market introduction through engineering coordination, manufacturing, and field installation. His experience working directly with pipeline operators provides a practical understanding of the technical, operational, and execution challenges associated with complex pipeline rehabilitation projects.
As Vice President of Operations, Robin helps lead project planning and execution, working across engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and customer teams to deliver Smartpipe installations safely and effectively. He has also contributed to advancing industry understanding of the technology through technical collaboration and industry organizations.

Matthew Massey serves as Vice President of Business Development at Smartpipe Technologies, bringing more than 18 years of commercial leadership experience across the global energy industry, with a focus on commercializing differentiated technologies and building new markets.
Prior to Smartpipe, Matthew served as Vice President of Commercial at Magma Global, where he helped build and scale the commercial organization and expand the adoption of advanced thermoplastic composite pipe technology with major energy operators worldwide. His career spans commercial and business development leadership across pipeline, subsea, and offshore energy markets, with experience building strategic customer relationships and developing new business across complex technical environments.
At Smartpipe, Matthew leads business development, marketing and commercial growth, focused on expanding market adoption, strengthening strategic operator and EPC relationships, and positioning Smartpipe to solve complex pipeline integrity and replacement challenges.

Liang-Hai Lee serves as Director of Engineering at Smartpipe Technologies, bringing extensive expertise in pipeline engineering, structural mechanics, computational analysis, and the design and qualification of advanced pipeline systems.
Prior to joining Smartpipe, Liang Hai served as a Principal Specialist with Genesis, where his work focused on complex pipeline engineering challenges, including solid and computational mechanics, structural analysis, and offshore pipeline design. He has also worked in engineering roles with Risertec and Technip. His experience includes advanced analysis of pipeline collapse, buckling, structural performance, and the development of engineering solutions for demanding pipeline environments.
At Smartpipe, Liang Hai leads engineering efforts supporting product design and qualification, project execution, and technical collaboration with pipeline operators. His combination of advanced engineering research and practical pipeline experience plays an important role in the continued development and deployment of Smartpipe technology.
Liang Hai holds a PhD in Engineering Mechanics from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
